Lumibird General Assembly: Documents ready for October 20, 2026
Lumibird informs its shareholders that the preparatory documents for the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for October 20, 2026, in Villejust, are now available. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and resolutions, was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on September 11, 2026. The documents are accessible on the Lumibird website and at the company's registered office in Lannion.
Shareholders can vote remotely via VOTACCESS or by proxy. The required documents are available online or upon request from Lumibird and UPTEVIA. Lumibird, a laser specialist, is projected to generate €225.6 million in revenue in 2025 and is listed on Euronext Paris.
