Share Split Announced for Amundi Smart Overnight Return UCITS ETF

On October 12, 2026, Multi Units Luxembourg announced a share split for the Amundi Smart Overnight Return UCITS ETF GBP Hedged Acc. The decision, made by the board of directors, will affect only the number of shares and not the total investment value. Starting October 27, 2026, the number of shares held by each shareholder will multiply by 250, while the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share will decrease proportionally.

Shareholders will receive 249 new shares for each share previously held. Despite this increase in share quantity, the overall value of investments will remain unchanged. Subscriptions and redemptions on the Primary Market will be suspended from October 23 to October 26, 2026. Importantly, no changes will occur to share identification codes. Management will cover any incurred fees related to the split, ensuring no additional cost to shareholders.
