Minutes of the NETGEM General Meeting of June 29, 2026
At NETGEM's Combined General Meeting held on June 29, 2026, 57.48% of voting shares participated. The meeting was chaired by Joseph Haddad, Chairman of the Board of Directors. All resolutions proposed by the Board were approved by the 142 shareholders present. Among these, the payment of a dividend of €0.05 per share was approved, with an ex-dividend date of July 8 and a payment date of July 10, 2026.
NETGEM expressed its gratitude to the shareholders present for their commitment. Finally, the publication of the half-year results is scheduled for July 30, 2026, before the market opens.
