Results of the Maisons du Monde General Meeting
On June 26, 2025, the Maisons du Monde Combined General Meeting considered important resolutions. Under the chairmanship of Françoise Gri, 76.08% of shareholders were present or represented. All items on the agenda were approved by a large majority, including the approval of the 2024 financial statements and proposed results.
Notable decisions include the appointment of John Browett as Chairman of the Board. A retail industry expert, he brings his experience from Dunelm Group plc. The Board now comprises 58% independent members.
François-Melchior de Polignac expressed his satisfaction with the arrival of John Browett to support the group's transformation. John Browett affirms his intention to accelerate this transformation alongside the Board.
