The crossing was notified on August 12, 2026, although it actually occurred on June 3, 2026. FMR LLC now holds 2,912,403 shares, representing 0.36% of the share capital, compared to 3,199,037 shares, or 0.39%, previously.
The shares are divided between FIAM LLC, Fidelity Management & Research, and Fidelity Management Trust. This change results from an increase in the total number of voting rights held by Maisons du Monde, as stated in their press release of July 31, 2026. FMR LLC acts on behalf of funds commonly known as Fidelity Investments.
