Management Change at 1&1 AG with New CFO Appointment

Montabaur, 2 January 2025. In a recent announcement, 1&1 AG revealed a significant change in its Management Board. Markus Huhn, who has served as Chief Financial Officer for 17 years, stepped down on December 31, 2024. During his 30-plus years at 1&1, Huhn played a pivotal role, notably guiding the merger of 1&1 and Drillisch. Huhn will continue on the Management Board of United Internet AG. The Supervisory Board and CEO Ralph Dommermuth expressed gratitude for his dedication.

As Huhn steps down, Sascha D'Avis is appointed as the new CFO. D'Avis, previously CFO of 1&1 Telecommunication SE and 1&1 Mobilfunk GmbH, has been part of the 1&1 Group since 2004, taking on various financial management roles.
