Management Change at ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA

ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced a significant change in its management team. Alexander Reinicke, who was previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down with immediate effect. His responsibilities are being temporarily allocated among the current members of the management team.

Reinicke, who joined ABO Energy two decades ago, was appointed to the Managing Board in 2022 and became Managing Director in 2024, after the company transformed into a KGaA. Dr Jochen Ahn, co-founder and General Partner, appreciated Reinicke's contributions, acknowledging his dedication and expertise during his tenure at the company.
