Manitou Reports 8% Revenue Growth in Q1 2026
Manitou Group announced its Q1 2026 revenue reached €648 million, marking an 8.0% increase compared to Q1 2025, and a like-for-like growth of 10.2%. The quarter also saw machine order intake rise to €631 million, a 9.9% improvement from 2025. The order book stood robust at €1,210 million.
Europe led the growth with a 12.5% increase in revenue, driven by strong telehandler sales and market share expansion. However, North America and LAPAM (Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East) experienced declines of 14.2% and 12.9%, respectively, due to unfavorable economic conditions and competition.
Looking ahead, Manitou expects a 5% revenue growth for 2026, with recurring operating profit anticipated to be around 5% of revenues. However, uncertainties such as customs duties, raw material price volatility, and exchange rate shifts could impact these projections.
