Manor Cultural Prize 2024: Highlighting Swiss Artistic Talents

The Manor Cultural Prize announces, for the year 2024, the organization of six captivating exhibitions across Switzerland, highlighting emerging talents in different artistic fields such as painting, sculpture, photography, video art, performance and facilities. The selected artists, PRICE in Bienne, Mahtola Wittmer in Lucerne, Johanna Kotlaris in Ticino, Gina Proenza in the canton of Vaud, Raphael Stucky in Valais, and Ishita Chakraborty in the canton of Aargau, will benefit from increased visibility thanks to this initiative.

Varied and enriching exhibitions will be offered, such as PRICE's olfactory installation at the Kunsthaus Biel Center d'art Bienne, and Gina Proenza's exhibition at the Cantonal Museum of Fine Arts in Lausanne, which combines literature, science and legends. As for Raphael Stucky, his work around sound and rhythm will be presented at the Valais Art Museum, exploring the interaction between sound and life.

The Manor Cultural Prize, created in 1982, continues its mission to highlight the young Swiss artistic scene, having already launched several international careers. Manor's commitment to these artists is part of a tradition of support that celebrates innovation and national talent.
