Mare Nostrum 2025 Half-Year Results
Mare Nostrum, a human resources specialist, reports a 2025 half-year revenue of €57.3 million, marked by a slight increase of 1.4% on a like-for-like basis compared to 2024. Operating expenses decreased thanks to a reduction in rents and a reduction in personnel costs, improving the EBITDA, which reached -€0.6 million, close to break-even.
During the first nine months, total revenue reached €83.6 million. The Temporary Staffing division remained resilient with €67.8 million, while the Training division saw 6% growth, reaching €8 million. Following the strategic sale of certain subsidiaries, the group is now focusing on four key sectors. A new brand strategy has been implemented, emphasizing simplification and profitability.
