Mariette Finet Joins Ipsen's Board of Directors

On 18 September 2026, Ipsen announced the appointment of Mariette Finet as a new Director on its Board, effective immediately. This follows the resignation of Michèle Ollier on 1 August 2026. Finet, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nancy, brings over 35 years of industry experience.

Her career began in Paris at Laboratoires Beaufour, focusing on pharmaceutical asset analysis and gastroenterology research. Finet later joined Beaufour-Ipsen Pharma and held marketing roles at Ipsen. Since 2007, she has been involved in advisory roles with Mayroy and Highrock S.àr.l., specializing in investment analysis.

Finet's election will be ratified at the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, with her term extending until the financial approval meeting for 2026. Ipsen's Board remains diverse with seven women and seven men among its 14 directors.
