Co-option of Lamia Lemkecher to the Board of Directors of Maroc Telecom

On December 5, the Board of Directors of Maroc Telecom appointed Ms. Lamia Lemkecher as a member of the Board and the Audit Committee. She replaces Mr. Luis Enriquez until the next Annual General Meeting in 2030. This decision ensures the continuity of the company's operations. Ms. Lemkecher brings extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for the e& Group. With twenty-five years of experience, she possesses significant expertise in litigation management and legal strategy within large companies in the Middle East and Africa.
