Evolution of voting rights and shares at Maroc Telecom

Maroc Telecom has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares of its share capital as of May 31, 2026. According to the data, the total number of shares remains stable at 879,095,340, unchanged since March 2026. Net voting rights amount to 878,880,725, a slight decrease compared to the previous month, due to an increase in shares without voting rights reaching 214,615.

The company's shares are listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris, strengthening its presence in international markets. The company's bylaws require a declaration when a threshold is crossed, adding an extra layer of transparency for investors.
