Maurel & Prom Reports Biannual Liquidity Agreement Update
On June 30, 2026, under a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux, ETABLISSEMENTS MAUREL ET PROM reports its liquidity account held 129,263 shares and €713,686.70. Throughout the first half of 2026, 3,305 buy-side transactions were executed, trading 1,397,422 shares amounting to €11,877,439.34, alongside 3,559 sell-side executions for 1,395,420 shares totaling €11,709,697.35.
Comparatively, on December 31, 2025, the account registered 127,261 shares and €868,071.01. In the second half of 2025, 3,095 buy-side executions were recorded for 1,582,234 shares valued at €7,829,728.73, while the sell-side noted 3,177 trades for 1,611,368 shares totaling €8,059,113.06. The liquidity report aligns with AMF Decision N°2021-01 on share liquidity contracts as a market practice.
