Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits: Q3 2025 Revenue Decline
Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits has reported a 10.5% drop in sales for Q3 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. The company faced significant declines in its France cluster, primarily due to challenging negotiations with Off-Trade chains, leading to a 23.4% decrease in sales. The France segment overall saw a 19.3% drop in the first nine months of 2025.
Internationally, the company experienced a smaller decline of 1.2% over the nine-month period. Positive performances in Spain and Lithuania partly offset declines in Western Europe and Canada. A temporary uptick in Sobieski exports to the U.S. was noted, although the market remains challenging due to economic conditions.
The company is taking steps such as price adjustments and cost reductions to preserve its financial performance amidst rising costs in matured spirits like Scotch whisky. It remains focused on innovation and sustainable transition initiatives.
