Medincell strengthens its financing with a new non-dilutive loan
Medincell, a French biopharmaceutical company listed on Euronext Paris, announced that it has secured €13.8 million in new non-dilutive financing. This loan, obtained from European banks and Bpifrance, brings the total non-dilutive financing secured by the company to €41.8 million since July 2026. This figure includes the €28 million previously obtained. Medincell has also repaid 50% of its loan to the European Investment Bank and extended the maturity of its debt until September 2031.
With these funds, Medincell now has €84.8 million in cash and cash equivalents as of March 31, 2026, ensuring strong support for its ongoing projects. Since the recent loan does not involve any equity stake, it guarantees no dilution for shareholders.
