Medincell Extends Remote Voting Deadline Amid Weather Alert
Medincell has extended the remote voting deadline for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) until 3:00 p.m. today. The AGM is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at Medincell's headquarters. This decision follows a red rainfall and flooding alert issued by Météo-France for the Hérault department. The extension aims to accommodate shareholders unable to travel due to weather conditions, allowing them to cast their votes remotely. Shareholders must submit a voting form and a shareholding certificate dated September 23, 2026, to ag@medincell.com before the 3:00 p.m. deadline.
