Medincell increases its liquidity contract to support securities trading

On April 15, 2025, Medincell announced an increase in the amount allocated to its liquidity agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel. Signed on April 11, 2025, this amendment aims to support the increase in daily trading volumes. Initially, when the agreement was implemented on September 10, 2024, Medincell had allocated €466,568.49 and 8,824 shares.
With this new amendment, the allocated resources increase by €600,000, bringing the total amount to €1,168,010.83 and 3,000 shares. The liquidity contract may be suspended or terminated under the conditions defined by the AMF, or at Medincell's request for specific technical reasons.
This increase comes within the framework of European financial market regulations, underlining Medincell's commitment to maintaining the liquidity of its shares.
