Leadership Changes at Medios AG
Medios AG has announced significant changes to its Executive Board. Matthias Gärtner, the current CEO, will be leaving his position by the end of 2025. This decision was made at his own request. The transition period is set to ensure a smooth change in leadership. Alongside Gärtner, Chief Operating Officer Mi-Young Miehler will also depart from the company on June 30, 2025.
The departures were amicably agreed upon with the Supervisory Board. This marks a transitional phase for Medios AG as it enters a new phase of development. Dr. Yann Samson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, disclosed the information.
