MEMSCAP Cancels 105,483 Shares to Reduce Share Capital
MEMSCAP, headquartered in Grenoble, France, announced the cancellation of 105,483 treasury shares, representing 1.37% of its share capital. This decision was made by the Board of Directors on September 7, 2026. These shares were acquired through a buyback program initiated on December 2, 2024. The cancellation results in a nominal capital reduction of EUR 26,370.75, and the share capital will stand at EUR 1,900,354.75, comprising 7,601,419 shares.
The purchase price difference of EUR 473,625.84 will be offset against the "Share Premium" account. The capital reduction will be final post-creditor opposition period completion.
