Mensch und Maschine Software SE Achieves Record Q1 Profits in 2026
Wessling, April 21, 2026 – Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM), a CAD/CAM/BIM specialist, reported its most profitable quarter ever in Q1 2026. The company's EBIT and net profit surged by double digits due to robust performance in the M+M Software sector and controlled costs following last year's personnel consolidation.
Group sales rose to EUR 71.56 million, marking an 8.4% increase from the previous year. M+M Software contributed EUR 34.26 million, while the Digitization segment added EUR 37.30 million, achieving an 11.7% growth. The company's gross profit saw a 4.3% rise, reaching EUR 51.57 million.
Operating profit EBIT reached EUR 18.32 million, surpassing previous records with a 13.7% increase. M+M Software alone accounted for EUR 13.04 million of this profit. The EBIT margin improved to 25.6%. Net profit after minority shares climbed to EUR 11.92 million.
M+M's Founder, Adi Drotleff, and CFO, Markus Pech, expressed satisfaction, maintaining their fiscal targets for 2026. These results affirm the company's strategic measures in managing expenses and enhancing its software business.
