Mercialys Appoints Jérôme Engelbrecht as New Group CFO
On September 24, 2026, Mercialys announced the appointment of Jérôme Engelbrecht as the Group CFO and a member of its Executive Committee, effective since September 1, 2026. Engelbrecht will oversee Finance functions and Investor Relations, reporting directly to CEO Vincent Ravat.
With close to two decades in corporate finance and the real estate sector, Engelbrecht's recent role was CFO at Proudreed since April 2025. His background includes significant tenures at Icade and Gecina, where he led strategic financial transformations and transactions. A graduate from ESCP Business School, he began his career at KPMG.
This move aligns with Mercialys' strategy to enhance its financial discipline and sustain growth. CEO Vincent Ravat praised Engelbrecht’s expertise in real estate, financial management, and strategic transformations as crucial for Mercialys' future developments.
