Mersen: Results of the liquidity contract for the second half of 2024

On December 31, 2024, Mersen published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas. As of that date, the liquidity account contained 51,647 MERSEN shares and 358,400 euros. During the second half of 2024, 101,355 shares were purchased for 2,760,149 euros, spread over 843 transactions. At the same time, 93,803 shares were sold for an amount of 2,582,822 euros via 1,025 transactions.

In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account showed 42,245 securities and 585,281 euros. In the first half of 2024, 90,254 securities were acquired for an amount of 3,225,951 euros and 81,629 securities were sold for 2,946,122 euros. Since its implementation in 2021, the liquidity contract has demonstrated dynamic management of securities and liquidity.
