METAVISIO renforcé par un partenariat stratégique en Corée du Sud
Le 17 mars 2025, METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing), une influence majeure en IT, accentue son expansion mondiale avec un partenariat déterminant avec BKB Energy en Corée du Sud. Ce projet introduira TECHNOLOGY1-THOMSON Computing Korea, une filiale dédiée à la croissance des data centers.
BKB Energy, acteur notable dans les infrastructures énergétiques, garantira le financement par obligations convertibles, laissant l'actionnariat de METAVISIO inchangé. METAVISIO fournira GPU/CPU critiques, renforçant son réseau via Turboscale, distributeur de NVIDIA.
Cette initiative, sans influencer sa structure économique actuelle, vise une croissance solide avant sa cotation prévue aux États-Unis avec ARC en 2025.
