METAVISIO signs an exclusive agreement with the Balthus fund to resolve its debts
On November 5, 2026, METAVISIO, a French company operating under the THOMSON Computing brand, announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the investment fund Balthus. This agreement will allow the company to settle its debts and finance its development starting in November 2026. Balthus is committing up to four million euros to debt repayment and is offering an additional 6.3 million euros in financing starting in March 2027, depending on order volume.
The transaction is conditional upon the reorganization of METAVISIO's governance, notably through the appointment of Stephan FRANÇAIS as Chairman of the Board. The agreement follows the publication of half-year results confirming a return to profitability. The audited financial statements will be available on the company's website.
