Methanor's 2026 Half-Year Results: Between Stability and Restructuring
Methanor, a company listed on Euronext Growth, has unveiled its results for the first half of 2026. Net profit amounted to €0.41 million, largely supported by recurring income from its asset portfolio, including €418,000 in interest and a €208,000 dividend from Rapale.
Operating expenses remained stable at €32,000, reflecting consistent management. However, the company recorded a €218,000 impairment charge on an ARTEA bond. This semester also saw the restructuring of AED's receivables, converted into current account advances, without any significant impact on net income.
From a financial perspective, the simplified balance sheet indicates a positive net cash position of €1,441K, up compared to the end of 2025. Net asset value per share is also improving.
