Metro Bank Releases 2025 Annual Report and Schedules 2026 AGM
Metro Bank Holdings PLC has published its 2025 Annual Report and accounts. The announcement follows the preliminary results shared on 4 March 2026. Nicholas Winsor, after serving on the Board since 2020, will retire effective 31 May 2026. His decision was previously announced and he will not seek re-election at this year's AGM.
