Verve Group SE Announces Nomination Committee Appointment
Verve Group SE, an emerging player in the advertising technology field, has appointed its Nomination Committee. This follows the guidelines set by the Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2023. The committee is composed of representatives from the company's three major shareholders, each selecting a member. The fourth member is the Chairman of the Board.
