Michèle Lesieur appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Prodways Group
On May 22, 2025, Prodways Group announced the appointment of Michèle Lesieur as Chair of the Board of Directors. This decision marks an important step in strengthening the Board's independence. Michèle Lesieur, an independent director since 2019, succeeds Raphaël Gorgé, Chair since 2015.
This change follows the reorganization of Prodways' shareholder structure, which began in 2021. Although the Gorgé family has lost control, it retains a presence on the Board. Michèle Lesieur, with a strong background in healthcare and technology, is recognized for her expertise in governance and innovation.
She has notably led PHILIPS FRANCE and SuperSonic Imagine. Her appointment reflects her commitment to Prodways, a major player in industrial 3D printing.
