Leadership Change at Mikron's Automation Division
Mikron Holding AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, has announced a change in leadership for its Automation Division. Effective January 1, 2026, Philip Kraus will assume the role of Head of the Mikron Automation Division. The current head, Rolf Rihs, will transition to a role as Senior Advisor at the Group level starting December 31, 2025. This is part of a strategic move that will see all Division Heads become part of Mikron's Group Executive Management.

With over 100 years of experience, Mikron serves sectors including pharmaceuticals, medtech, consumer goods, and automotive. The company boasts a global presence with sites in Switzerland, the USA, Germany, Singapore, China, Lithuania, and Italy, employing approximately 1,560 people.
