Minutes of the IMPLANET Combined General Meeting
IMPLANET held its Combined General Meeting on April 11, 2025, in Martillac. The quorum reached was 75.20%, thanks to the participation of 93,973,249 shares. All resolutions were adopted. These included the ratification of the co-option of Ms. Nuan Ni to the Board of Directors until the 2024 General Meeting.
The terms of office of Ms. Nuan Ni and Mr. Ludovic Lastennet have been renewed for three years. The minutes of the Meeting will be available on the Company's website.
IMPLANET will announce its revenue for the first half of 2025 on July 8, 2025 after the stock market closes.
