MLP SE Announces Annual General Meeting Details
MLP SE has published the invitation to its Regular Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2024, scheduled for June 25, 2025. The meeting will be held online, with all necessary documents accessible through their website. Shareholders can participate via the online portal linked on the site.
The Executive and Supervisory Boards propose a dividend of 36 cents per share, up from 30 cents the previous year. The agenda includes resolutions on profit allocation, discharge of board members, appointment of auditors, and approval of executive compensation.
Additionally, shareholders will vote on authorizations to acquire own shares and amend the company's articles regarding meeting formats, either virtual or in-person.
