Mobimo Holding AG unveiled its strategy for 2026-2030 at the Capital Market Day in Aarau. The company aims for sustainable growth, increasing the value of its investment portfolio to CHF 4.5 billion by 2030. This expansion is based on existing development projects and targeted acquisitions.
Mobimo anticipates a CHF 17 million increase in rental income, driven by major projects such as the Aeschbachquartier and Torfmatt. The management of its real estate portfolio ensures resilience in the face of political challenges.
Digitalization and efficient management allow Mobimo to manage 25% more rental properties without increasing staff. This enables the company to maintain an attractive dividend policy and eliminates the need for capital increases to finance its strategy.
