Mobimo Targets Growth by 2030 with Strategic Priorities
Mobimo Holding AG detailed its 2026–2030 strategy during its Capital Markets Day in Aarau. Focused on investment portfolio growth and development income, the company remains committed to its strategic path. A strong balance sheet and reliable dividend policy support Mobimo's plans to tackle Swiss market challenges.
The strategy remains built on three pillars: investment properties, development properties for the portfolio, and trading properties. Mobimo aims to boost its investment portfolio market value to CHF 4.5 billion by 2030 from CHF 3.9 billion in 2025. This growth will rely on the current development and investment pipeline, alongside selective acquisitions.
Mobimo expects a CHF 17 million rise in target rental income by 2030, driven by various projects, including the Hofhaus and Hallenhaus in Aarau. Despite political influences, residential real estate continues to be key, supported by active management and a quality portfolio.
With digitalisation and a stable property management workforce, Mobimo efficiently manages an expanding rental portfolio. The competitive market prompts a targeted acquisition strategy. Well-capitalized, Mobimo does not foresee needing additional equity for its 2030 pipeline. Dividend consistency is expected as portfolio income increases.
