Molten Ventures Announces Partial Realisation of Revolut Investment

Molten Ventures Plc, a prominent venture capital firm, has declared another partial realisation of its investment in fintech company Revolut, accruing approximately £63 million in proceeds. This development brings Molten's total proceeds from Revolut to about £120 million, achieving a 20x multiple on the invested capital. The remaining value of their Revolut holding stands around £110 million as of the anticipated conclusion of the fiscal year on March 31, 2026.

This transaction contributes to Molten's overall realisation proceeds, surpassing £300 million since April 2024. In its recent Full Year Trading Update, Revolut is noted as a significant contributor to the Gross Portfolio Value increase of 11%, reaching approximately £1,520 million.

CEO Ben Wilkinson emphasizes that this strategy reflects Molten's active portfolio management, balancing capital release with retaining investment upside, guided by a focus on shareholder returns through strategic capital allocation.
