Molten Ventures Announces Share Repurchase Transaction
Molten Ventures Plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange as GROW, completed a share repurchase on 21 July 2025. Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, executed the purchase of 23,102 ordinary shares. This transaction is part of the share repurchase programme initiated on 13 March 2025.
The highest price paid per share was 359.20 pence, with a lowest price of 355.20 pence. The volume-weighted average price stood at 357.0928 pence. As a result, Molten Ventures' issued share capital now comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares. There are 8,641,322 shares held in treasury and 180,405,128 voting rights available.
This repurchase provides shareholders reference for notifying changes in interests per Financial Conduct Authority guidelines. The transactions were conducted on the XLON trading venue.
