Molten Ventures plc, listed on LSE as GROW and Euronext Growth as GRW, has executed a transaction in its own shares as part of a buyback program. On January 24, 2025, Deutsche Numis acquired 31,467 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures. The purchase price ranged between 308.50p and 311.50p per share, with an average price of 310.2432p.
Following this transaction, the company's total issued share capital consists of 189,046,450 shares, including 2,708,619 shares held in treasury. The voting rights stand at 186,337,831. This share repurchase is part of Molten Ventures' strategy to manage its capital structure effectively.
