Molten Ventures Plc, listed on LSE: GROW and Euronext Growth: GRW, has announced a share repurchase transaction. On February 19, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of the company. This is part of the share buyback program initiated on January 21, 2025.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from 336.50p to 350.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 341.3238p. Post-transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 shares, of which 3,443,159 are held in treasury. The company now has 185,603,291 voting rights in circulation.
