Molten Ventures Plc has executed a transaction involving the repurchase of its own shares. On 13 May 2025, Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, acquired ordinary shares on behalf of the company. This move is part of the share repurchase programme announced in March 2025.

A total of 32,870 ordinary shares were bought at prices ranging from 290.00p to 293.00p, with a volume-weighted average of 291.5475p per share. Following this purchase, Molten Ventures' issued share capital is 189,046,450 shares. The company holds 6,416,096 shares in treasury, while the total number of voting rights stands at 182,630,354.
