Molten Ventures plc, listed on LSE as GROW and Euronext Growth as GRW, executed a share buyback on 28 February 2025. This buyback saw Numis Securities Limited, operating under the name Deutsche Numis, purchasing 50,000 ordinary shares at varying prices.

The highest price paid was 307.00 pence, while the lowest was 298.00 pence. The volume-weighted average price settled at 303.0713 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Molten's issued share capital now comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 3,773,159 in treasury and 185,273,291 voting rights.
