Molten Ventures plc, trading under GROW on the LSE and GRW on Euronext Growth, recently executed a share repurchase programme. On February 21, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares on behalf of the company. The transactions occurred at an average price of 324.8415 pence per share, with the highest price reaching 330.50 pence and the lowest at 318.50 pence.

Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares. Out of these, 3,523,159 shares are held in treasury, leaving a total of 185,523,291 voting rights.
