Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback

Molten Ventures plc has announced a recent transaction involving the repurchase of its own shares. On June 26, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, under the trading name “Deutsche Numis,” purchased a total of 23,966 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures. This acquisition is part of the previously announced share repurchase programme initiated on March 13, 2025.

The shares were bought at varying prices, with the highest at 307.20p and the lowest at 301.60p. The volume-weighted average price per share was 304.9775p. Post-transaction, Molten Ventures has an issued share capital of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 8,041,107 shares held in treasury, and the voting rights in the company standing at 181,005,343.
