Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback
Molten Ventures plc reported the execution of a share buyback, purchasing 42,822 ordinary shares on 7 July 2025. This transaction is part of its repurchase program announced earlier in the year, on 13 March 2025.
The shares were bought at prices ranging between 316.80p and 318.40p, with a volume-weighted average price of 318.1977p per share. Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis, conducted the purchases on behalf of Molten Ventures.
With this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital is now 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 8,376,064 held in treasury. This leaves 180,670,386 voting rights available in the company.
Shareholders may use this updated share capital figure to determine their reporting obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's regulations.
