Molten Ventures plc has conducted a significant buyback of its shares as part of its ongoing repurchase programme. On February 20, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures. Share prices ranged from 326.00p to 343.50p, with an average of 336.8671p per share. This transaction is part of a strategy announced in January 2025.

Following this acquisition, the company's share structure comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 3,493,159 shares held in treasury. There are now 185,553,291 voting rights available. Molten Ventures' stock trades on both the LSE and Euronext Growth under the ticker symbols GROW and GRW.
