Monthly Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights at Cerinnov Group

Cerinnov Group has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The total number of shares in the capital is 4,943,934. In terms of theoretical voting rights, the group has 6,398,464.

Divided into different forms of ownership, the group holds 11,067 treasury shares in bearer form. There are no treasury shares held in registered form or in other forms. Thus, the exercisable voting rights amount to 6,387,397.
