MPC Capital Reports Strong Q1 2025 Financial Growth

MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG has announced a significant 23% revenue growth for Q1 2025. Key drivers include increased management and transaction fees. Earnings before taxes (EBT) reached EUR 7.1 million, slightly above the previous year's EUR 7.0 million. The management has reaffirmed its 2025 guidance.

The revenue boost is largely attributed to the maritime service sector's expansion, which saw a rise in recurring management fees. The company further enhanced its service offering with the integration of Zeaborn and acquisition of Bestship. This strategic move has strengthened the asset base and stability of the income stream.

Despite challenging market conditions, transaction fees rose by 36% to EUR 2.4 million, driven by activities in offshore service vessels and fleet decarbonization. The financial result, however, saw a decline from EUR 6.8 million to EUR 5.3 million due to changes in co-investment income.

The Board remains optimistic about 2025, targeting consolidated revenue between EUR 43.0 million and EUR 47.0 million and EBT between EUR 25.0 million and EUR 30.0 million.
