MPH Health Care AG Announces H1 2026 Results: €5 Million Profit
MPH Health Care AG reported a profit of €5.0 million for the first half of 2026, an impressive turnaround from a €72.7 million loss in the same period of 2025. This improvement largely stems from the balance-sheet valuation of investments at reporting date, which impacts financial results without affecting liquidity.
Equity increased to €248.4 million, up from €243.4 million at the end of 2025. The Net Asset Value per share rose to €58.02 by 30 June 2026. The equity ratio slightly decreased to 93.1% from 94.3% at the year's outset.
Key driver behind the fair value gain was the growth in M1 Kliniken AG's share price. However, CR Energy AG was in insolvency, contributing minimally to financial assets. MPH Health Care's financial stability remains solid with an increased operating cash flow of €4,656 thousand.
M1 Kliniken AG focused on the high-margin beauty sector, achieving growth while divesting from pharmaceutical wholesale. The group EBIT margin surged to 20.4%, despite a slight dip in the operating result to €15.6 million due to deconsolidation effects.
