Multi Units Luxembourg Announces Share Split for Amundi Core S&P 500 ETF

Multi Units Luxembourg has announced a share split for the Amundi Core S&P 500 Swap UCITS ETF Acc. Effective October 27, 2026, the share split will be executed at a ratio of 1:100. Each existing share will be divided into 100 shares, with the Net Asset Value per share adjusted accordingly. This adjustment will not alter the total investment value for shareholders, as the split solely affects the number of shares held.

The share split aims to enhance the share accessibility and liquidity. No fees will be charged for this process, with costs absorbed by the Management Company. The share identification codes, including ISIN, will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for current shareholders. To facilitate the process, subscriptions and redemptions will be paused between October 22 and October 28, 2026.
