Multiverse Acquires StackFuel to Upskill 100,000 Workers in Germany
Multiverse, Europe's only EdTech unicorn, has acquired StackFuel, a prominent data and AI training provider in Germany. This strategic move aims to equip 100,000 German workers with AI skills, addressing the growing demand for workforce transformation in Europe's largest economy.
The acquisition aligns Multiverse's AI programs with StackFuel's local expertise, which boasts a 92% program completion rate. This partnership supports Germany's goal to close the AI and data skills gap, potentially boosting the nation's GDP by up to €4.5 trillion over 15 years, according to IAB research.
StackFuel founders Leo Marose and Stefan Berntheisel are now part of the joint leadership team. Multiverse's CEO, Euan Blair, emphasizes the urgency of AI upskilling for enhancing productivity and managing labor market changes.
