Financial restructuring and new equity line for MUNIC

MUNIC, a company specializing in embedded technologies, has signed an amendment to restructure the repayment of its €1.1 million convertible bond. In addition, it is establishing a new €1 million equity financing facility. This transaction extends the company's cash flow horizon until July 2027.

A bond issuance agreement has been concluded with IRIS, allowing for the subscription of bonds redeemable in ordinary shares. Repayment of the balance of this loan will take place by July 2027, as will the drawdown of the first tranche of this new financing line, intended to support MUNIC's development.

This initiative comes as the company has been working to resolve a financial impasse highlighted by the auditor in its latest annual results. The signed amendment allows MUNIC to meet its cash flow needs until its expiry date.
